What you need to know
How will I study?

The modules you will study will provide you with a good overview of the key skills required to become an effective leader. These include: Developing yourself as a team leader, Improving the performance of the work team as well as Planning and monitoring work.
How will I be taught?

You will be taught using a range of activities geared towards allowing you to reflect on your current development and experience as a team leader. Lessons are also aimed at encouraging you to develop future strategies in terms of enhancing your career in team leading. Sessions will be at our Chichester campus.
How will I be assessed?

You will be assessed through written assessments which will allow you to demonstrate your learning in these key areas.
