Reflective learning and personal development are essential features of the programme, to be achieved through the Personal Development Record.

Suitability

People who are working in formal teams or groups, whether as team leader's co-ordinators, or team members with little or no formal training. This Level 2 Award in Team Leading can be used as a bridge back into learning.

Assessment

Each participant must complete 3 reflective reviews.
