Introduction At the end of the course successful candidates will:

Key Objectives Participants will develop knowledge of various roles, functions and responsibilities of a team leader and the limits of their authority and accountability. They will also understand what motivates team members and will learn how to develop others and how to deal with underperformance.
Course Units The programme includes an induction session, tutorial and three units:
· M2.01 Developing yourself as a team leader
· M2.02 Motivating the work team to perform
· M2.04 Developing the work team
Duration Minimum of 22 hours over 3 days
