Course programme

You will be required to complete the following assignments: Self Critical Reflection You will conduct a reflective view of your own leadership styles, your team and organisation's strengths and weaknesses and how effectively you are motivating your work force. Innovation and Development Project This will take you through the full innovation cycle, from research to planning, through to implementation and evaluation. You will investigate the importance of innovation for the organisation and be given the tools and techniques to generate innovative ideas. You will then analyse the different costs and benefits of the ideas generated and how different options could be delivered on budget and within timescales. You will conduct statistical analysis and create comparisons of figures and outcomes. Individualised study To complete this element, you will discuss with your tutor the most suitable units for your needs and choose relevant NVQ and VRQ Optional Units to meet the minimum credit values for each qualification.
