This course is for ideal for students who want to be able to perform an Indian Head Massage on friends and family using aromatic oils. It is a 'hands on' course with plenty of time to grasp and practice the techniques.
Previous experience is not necessary. Indian Head Massage is a very therapeutic massage of the shoulders, neck, scalp and face for the relief of muscular tension, stress, headaches and many other symptoms. It can be performed with or without the use of massage oil. Unlike other courses out there, you will learn how to work with aromatic and carrier oils as this gives a much more therapeutic massage and is far more popular with clients. The receiver of the massage is seated on a chair and fully clothed but wearing a T-shirt or vest to enable the upper back and shoulders to be massaged. You will have a great day!
