I detest PCs, dependably have done yet I completely delighted in this course. I enjoyed learning about the processes that work in the back ground of Word that I had not considered before; it enabled me to understand why, when I have been using Word in the past, I have got different results to what I expected and it will allow me to make better use of the program going forward. I found the course really enjoyable and the training was given in a clear and easy to understand way.
