Candidates must be familiar with the 17th Edition IEE Regulations before attending this course. The course will deal with the practice and theory of inspection and testing. Assessment is by means of a 2.5 hour City & Guilds closed book written examination and a practical assessment of the candidates ability to inspect and test simulated electrical installations. If you do not require periodic inspection and testing or are less familiar with the use of test instruments and testing procedures you may like to consider the 2392 course instead.
