Course programme



Interactive online study with optional tutorials and workshops. Work at your own pace, in your own time. We set target dates for completion of each module. Themes covered:

  • Planning a Circuit Session
  • Instructing a Circuit Session
    • Personal practise in a fitness gym is an advantage. Progress is recorded online through the use of worksheets. Final assessment includes a practical observation and course work.
