About this course

This qualification is appropriate for those who are already qualified as a level 2 Fitness Instructor or exercise to music instructor or higher. This course requires full participation and therefore a level of physical fitness.

A course manual is provided to cover the theory and tutorials or workshops will be held to support learners achieve the correct practical Studio Cycling exercise techniques. Home study will be essential to complete the course work sheets and written assessment criteria. Work at your own pace, in your own time. We set target dates for completion of each module. Themes covered include:

  • Planning a Studio Cycling Exercise Session
  • Instructing a Studio Exercise Session
    • Personal experience of kettlebell exercises advantage. Final assessment includes a practical observation and course work.
