Intermediate Apprenticeship in Maintenance Operations: Site Hudson Building

Course Content: Various trades within the construction industry will be explored, including brickwork, carpentry and joinery, and painting and decorating. Your studies also feature mandatory health and safety elements. Your literacy and numeracy skills will be assessed throughout the course. How will I be assessed? You will complete College-based practical and theory assessments as you work towards a Level 2 skills Diploma in Maintenance Operations. You will also build an NVQ portfolio of evidence on your site-based experience. Are there any additional costs or specialist equipment required? You will need safety boots and Personal Protective Equipment. What can I do after this course? You can advance your career in full-time employment within the construction industry and/or progress to a higher level qualification within professional construction.
