I live in the Bahamas and so opted for the distance learning option.The content was very easy to understand. Also, the online seminars as well as other web resources were really informative and useful. I would 100% recommend this course.

The training with Mrs.Anuradha Shaw was so very interesting, so complete and so much to learn about.
What could be improved:
A bit underwhelmed about the the assessment in general. We did get some good feedback on our essays, but we had the feeling our marks didn't really reflect our level.

The course was grand, and so was the trainer: he was nice, knowledgeable and entertaining.
What could be improved:
I was not impressed at all by the course's technological resources. I had issues with ICT and ICA sites' passwords several times, and found it difficult to solve the problem all of those times.

I found it a really well organised course and its material, very high quality too.
What could be improved:
The goals and objectives of the course could have been set more clearly from the beginning, as well as the assignments' style. I would have appreciated some feedback prior to starting the first assignment, as it would have allowed for a higher mark.

What could be improved:
It took too long (about 3 or 4 days) between receiving the email saying the exam results were ready and actually being published online. I was also disappointed about the cancellation of the pre-exam seminar.

Good course, I enjoyed it.
What could be improved:
Although it's true I already work in complinace, I still believe that six months for two workshops, an exam and an essay is too long a course. I'd venture to say that even for people with no experience three. In addition, it took them ten weeks to post the final grades.

What I would highlight:
The course was interesting. One of the tutors was really knowledgeable and had experience that he shared with the class, which proved to be very informative and useful.
What could be improved:
It was too focused on the UK, and so albeit interesting, it wasn't to useful for people who, like me, are from overseas.I based some of my comments on the Jersey Customer Due Diligence regulations (I live there) but it was apparent they weren't keen on them. We didn't really like the first trainer as she didn't have much in depth knowledge an experience on the subjects.

The relationship with the teachers, however, wasn't too personal, and it could be difficult to deal with administration as the processes took too long.
