What I would highlight: I would really like to thank the tutor - he made the course so engaging. The training in general was really worth it, as we definitely learnt more finantial institutions.
What could be improved: Nonetheless, I believe they should offer an online assessment option as well as the in-class one, so as to make it more accessible for distant-learners.

What I would highlight: The training centre and their teaching system were very good. The course I took in particular was accessible - content was well divided and organised. The essay and the test were well adjusted to what we'd learnt in class bust still leaving room for using one's own business experience as an example.
What could be improved: I think they need to improve the administration's communication with the students - things such as updating them on when the results are ready, some guidance with procedure as well as more notifications about things going on in the course or the centre. The only reminder we got during those 6 months was on how to upload the coursework.

What I would highlight: The course I attended was interesting and well set up. It was the practical sessions especially that I found very worthwhile. Very happy with the content of the course and the general service delivered by ICA.
What could be improved: I still think they could be faster replying emails with enquiries, although I do acknowledge that they must receive tons of them. I change I believe would be beneficial for students is to be able to send the assignments directly to the tutor, which would help assess whether the content has been assimilated properly or not.

What I would highlight: A very decent general outlook about Compliance. Engaging and well-taught workshops.
What could be improved: The training centre's online campus could have been clearer; administrative process were a bit overcomplicated.

What I would highlight: The course materials, assessment method and teachers were really worthwhile.
What could be improved: However, the bureaucratic side was an absolute shambles. It took them ages to reply to emails or notify us about evaluation results.

What I would highlight: The last practical session we had was actually really worth it.
What could be improved: All of the other workshops were not entirely well-structured and would often dwell on unlikely examples that would lead us to unnecessary tangents. The comments I got on the two case studies I submitted inconsistent and even incongruous. Last but not least, ICA made mistakes on both of my certificates.

ICA Certificate in Anti Money Laundering

What I would highlight: To anyone seeking to boost their careers I strongly recommend taking any of the ICE Certficates - they invest in their content, making it very high quality, relevant and up to date. I undertook their Certificate in Money Laundering Risk in Private Banking, and just by adding it on my CV I started getting many offers from companies and recruiters. I ended up working on a KYC position with one of the Big Four Banks.
What could be improved: Nothing to complain whatsoever

ICA International Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention

Robbo

10/12/2016
What I would highlight: I took the course and obtained the Certificate in Financial Crime Prevention offered by ICA. It was high quality course material and interesting applicable content.
What could be improved: There is only one thing I have a problem with, and that is the its price. Granted that it was a good quality course, but compared with other courses that I have studied throughout my working years or that I could have undertaken instead (like the CII exams), the Certificate in Financial Crime Prevention was considerably more expensive than other more standard qualifications in the industry.

10/12/2016
What I would highlight: The content of the course, in general, was just fine.
What could be improved: It seemed like the content had been just taken from other common AML courses and simply patched up all together. Also, it lacked depth especially regarding the trade sector, which was basically what attracted me from this course. Big thumbs down to the assessment method: a plain 15 multiple choice questions for which we had 1 to finish - I was out just after 10 minutes. From where I stand, this course is not worth the £700 it costs.

What I would highlight: I would highly recommend International Compliance Training to my colleagues and any professional who aspires to have a career in business and compliance. The program exposes you to the compliance world and helps one to greatly appreciate and pay closer attention to both national and international issues that can have both positive and negative impact on the local economy and economies of the world. It fosters enthusiasm for being a team player contributing to make positive changes.

ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance

Kevin

10/11/2016
What I would highlight: I'm happy of having obtained three qualifications with ICT: Postgraduate Diploma Governance Risk and Compliance, Diploma in AML, and Certificate in Conduct Risk. Administration staff, support from the trainers and the course materials were absolutely superb, unbeatable. I have undertaken many other courses and obtained other certificates with other centres, and so I am entitled to say that ICT is leading this industry in terms of regulatory development training. The first two courses I took were magnificent. I'd recommend ICT to absolutely anyone looking to boost skills and knowledge.
What could be improved: The Conduct Risk course was not entirely up to ICT's usual high standards; they should work a bit harder on it.

What I would highlight: The workshops are good fun for how interactive they are but, most improtantly, they are really applicable to real-life situations. This is why I've already taken two courses with ICT.
What could be improved: Everything OK

Susan

10/11/2016
What I would highlight: The course was divided into different units, all of them easy to understand. In case of further assistance and doubts, they provided the references to other texts, and the student forum helped a lot as well. However, I think the best tool was the workshop, which I suggest you attend as having the chance to talk to the trainer and other students, as well as putting in practice the what we had studied, was extremely useful to help clarify and make sense of this whole very engaging course.
What could be improved: No.

What I would highlight: The course and its material were actually fantastic.
What could be improved: However, I paide with a wire transfer instead of with a credit card, and that made the whole signing-up process unnecessarily complicated. In addition, administration took a long time to reply and could be unneffective - as an example, I got a reminder that I had to pay something I had already paid months before.
