What I would highlight:
I recently completed the "Certificate in Compliance" with ICT, and I am already really keen to start another course with them. I think it's a fascinating course that I have actually been able to use at my workplace, even it not being finance-related. Our tutor was Jonathan B, a really personable and nice teacher who made everyone feel very comfortable, and even reassured ahead of the exam. 100% recommendable!
What could be improved:
Maybe using examples from other industries too,as I myself work in the betting sector, for example.

I have studied for some of the ICA exams and passed all of them: Compliance, Anti Money Laundering and Capital Markets. They were very supportive all throughout and the course content was accurate, relevant and accurate.
What could be improved:
I have recently tutored a student myself for an ICA exam, which he passed, but I would have appreciated some support from ICA. I didn't get any guideline nor some sort of manual to follow. As French speaker, I would have also found useful a chapter in this language, as that would make the courses more accessible to all those who speak it.

What I would highlight:
I just finished the entry level Certificate in AML. The course material was of a truly elevated requirement, significantly higher than comparative expert capabilities. The administration is great, the ICT helpline is exceptionally valuable and messages are reacted to rapidly too. The main negative would be that when you arrange all the online material, and the whole course is on the web, I am astonished it can not be naturally dispatched.

What I would highlight:
Even from the very first moment I started using this course's learning tools, I admired how easy it was to get around them, which has to be added to how clear guidelines that were provided. This is the reason why I've successfully completed two of their trainings (one of them, I passed with distinction), and why I most certainly will carry on promoting ICT to workmates and people who work in Finance.

What I would highlight:
So far I've successfully finished two courses: ICA Certificate in Compliance and ICA Certificate in Anti Money Laundering. I was very satisfied with them, and so that's why I am currently doing the Certificate in Financial Crime Prevention. Needless to say, I intend to undertake even more courses once I have finished this one, as Ib believe that anyone working in the Finance should most definetely take obtain these certificates. Staff were really nice, and the tutors were experts on the matter.
