What I would highlight:
User-friendly website with previous exams to practice with; just great. The content was good.It was just fantastic that they allowed me to sit the online test whereever suited me the best.
What could be improved:
The only complain I have is that they took a while to reply to enquiries, although they did in the end.

They get a 5 out of 5 stars rating - the web campus is well designed and easy to get around. They offer superb customer service - I was going through some personal issues at the time, but they were very understanding and extended the course.

I found the two day practical session to be really helpful and educative.

However, we wasted a lot of time covering topics that were not really reflected in the exam. Also there was one high scoring question that we did not work at all at class on the training day; only a couple of lines about it in the course material. I felt a bit deceived.

What I would highlight:
I am very pleased with all that ICT have done to help me succeed in the courses I undertook with them -Certificate in Anti Money Laundering and Advanced Certificate in Compliance-. Indepth materials, and their presential sessions are great as they allow us to put in practice what we've learnt so that it can be applicable to our jobs. The tutors, who are very nice, make sure the workshops are entertaining and welcoming, The website is very user-friendly, and the forums are a very useful tool. To sum it up - excellent course. Looking forward to taking more courses with ICT.

Once we dealt with the enrollment problems, everything went just absolutely grand. The instructions were clear and precise and there was sufficient resources for my studies. I would recommend taking a course with ICT .

I wasn't too happy at the start because of difficulties with my payment sign up... It was a bank issue.

What I would highlight:
I had a good time with this course. The material was clearly written, which made iteasy to understand. The mock exams were very useful. Very nice and apologetic with administration mistakes.
What could be improved:
Problems with administration: I kept on receiving emails saying that I'd registered for presential sessions, when I actually only signed up for the course option that is fully online. Likewise, even months after I'd completed the course I received emails that reminded me that I had yet to enrol. This was confusing and inconvenient.Another thing to improve is that they find a way to show students which questions they've got wrong, as it'd be extremely useful but they can't..

What I would highlight:
Since I hadn't worked in Finance for a few years, I decided to take Certificate in Anti Money Laundering to refresh my memory. It was definitely effective, as it not only help me remember all that I knew and bring it up to date, but it also increased my confidence with all the Finance jargon. I found the course engaging and educative, it was fascinating. The practical session was really interactive and entertaining, and helped achieve a good result in the final test.

They need to fix or update some of the studying support links, as either they don't work or lead to scammy websites that ask you to pay for more information.. Webinars could and should be better quality- they lack a lot of information and are often outdated.

What could be improved:
I took the Spanish version of the Advanced Certificate in Compliance and was disappointed. The course is not especially technical; plus, there are parts, such as the characteristics of a compliance officer, that are too unnecessarily long (in the example mentioned, each company establishes its own rules).
I let them know my disappointment, and all they did was telling me they had other advanced courses.
