What I would highlight:
ICA certifiactions are really instructive and relevant in the finance sector, well regarded. The tutors are exceptional.
What could be improved:
They could and need to be more organised: studying can be complicated if they give the wrong material, we don't get full access to the website or we get incorrect information about dates, just as examples. Trainers could get better support from administration.

What I would highlight:
Not much, to be honest. The webinars weren't too bad.
What could be improved:
The Conduct Risk course's material was full of typos as well as grammar and spelling mistakes. It didn't have any good useful summaries, and so basically it was a continuum of words and concepts without an effective guideline to simplify it all and make it clearer to walk through. The webinars weren't terrible, but not a delight either: a very impersonal, monotone and unengaging delivery. Plus, the exam didn't assess knowledge on Conduct Risk in general, but rather on ICT's specific study material, to which I'd like to add that two questions had wrong answers. A suggestion I'd like to make is that they add practical examples taken from real-life situations as well as summaries that enable students to review the key concepts.

What I would highlight:
I found the practical session to be very interesting, and the trainers were magnificent, no one better to learn about financial crime: an ex-policeman and ex-customs officer. Their backgrounds were adapted to the course material and brought it more down to Earth. Administration staff were really helpful and accommodating. They helped me a lot when I was struggling combining work, a newborn baby and moving houses! They were so very helpful. The coursebooks were useful and, unlike other companies, they made very clear that it was necessary to do a lot of work on our own to pass the exam, not just relying on the textbooks. Great experience.
What could be improved:
Nothing at all. They were absolutely great.

What I would highlight:
The course was really engaging as it never went off-topic into irrelevant tangents. The tutor created a very nice and comfortable environment. Something to be thankful too is that the content and the material were useful and relevant not just for one very specific role but for a variety of positions within the industry; it being such transversal knowledge allows people from all backgrounds to get into it and understand it. I am very pleased, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
What could be improved:
