Course programme
This programme consists of both core and optional courses which will emphasise the development of leadership qualities at different appropriate organisational levels. You will also complete a substantial independent piece of work, normally in the form of a dissertation.
You will participate in applied skills workshops on mediation and negotiation, dispute resolution, performance appraisal and talent development. You will benefit from active learning in multi-cultural groups with real life case studies and scenario investigations and take part in career development sessions.
