Our courses take a pragmatic and hands-on approach so that all student can fully engage with all aspects of the of the unique learning environment. Suitable for: All aspiring candidates who want to become part of a busy Airport as an Airline Customer Service Agent checking passenger in, boarding flights, Departures & Arrivals etc., and who need to find out more about the job and the practical aspects of the different roles utilising our unique Aviation Centre and Boeing B737 aircraft.

About this course

The objective of this course are to give new entrants to Aviation a realistic insight into the practical skills required and the interview techniques needed.

This programme is designed for new entrants to aviation who need help with the aviation interview techniques and the gain a recognised First Aid qualification

Student can join the course with a basic school leaving certificate (GCSE's in the UK) BUT they should be aware that certain Airports, Ground Handlers may place specific Entry Requirements on interviewees for future aviation employment.
