This 2-day self-paced hands-on course is designed to teach business professionals the skills they need to utilize the functions and core features of IBM WebSphere Commerce Management Center.

The skills that are developed in this course enable WebSphere Commerce business users to determine which Management Center tools, functions, and processes they should use in order to accomplish their own unique business process goals.

The hands-on exercises provide students with examples of how to map high-level e-commerce business tasks to the specific Management Center tools and functions that are needed to perform these tasks. These exercises cover tasks like managing product data, creating promotions and marketing content, updating product pricing, and building store pages using pre-built widgets.

Create and manage catalog and marketing assets using the Assets tool
Create and manage workspaces, task groups, and tasks using the Workspace Management tool
Create and manage promotions, web/dialog activities, and marketing content using the Promotions and Marketing tools
Manage price lists, price rules, and catalog filters using the Catalog Filter and Pricing tool
Create and manage pages and page layouts using the Commerce Composer tool
