The Programme
This Level 1 plumbing course is for individuals who would like to work within the plumbing and heating industry. Plumbing techniques and practical applications will be studied along with the design and application methods to industrial standards.

01 General Health and Safety
02 Key plumbing principles (plumbing science-properties of water, force, pressure, heat transfer, corrosion)
03 Common plumbing processes (setting out, pipe fixing, pipe bending, jointing, materials and fittings)
04 Basic principles of cold and hot water systems.
05 Basic sanitation systems
06 Basic Central Heating
07 Construction Drawing

The Plumbing and Mechanical Engineering Services (MES) Technical Certificate.
