Participants will acquire up-to-date knowledge and skills to understand: the basic concepts of User Experience Design and Experience Thinking, and the tools and techniques required to improve the Usability and User Experience of products and services.

About this course

In this module, participants will acquire up-to-date knowledge and skills to:
• Know what is User Experience Research, Strategy & UX Design
• Understand the process to create remarkable experiences
• Create an effective UX research approach
• Create an effective UX design approach
• Gather the right resources to create successful user experiences.
• Hands-on exercises will be used throughout the training session.

Practitioners, Managers, Developers, Designers & Analysts responsible for (new) digital products.

Basic Knowledge of IT products & trends. English Language.

CPD.

Syllabus based around ISO9241-210. Taught by experienced practitioners. Attendance = 6CPD hours.
