Learning Outcomes
At the conclusion of the course delegates will be able to: -

  • Fully conversant with the codes of practice in relation to interview procedures
  • Able to manage disclosure of evidence prior to interview fairly with full account of its implications.
  • Aware of legislative requirements for inference at Court.
  • Cognisant of the legislation and its interpretation for dealing with witness interference.
  • Confident when managing critical incidents during interviews.
  • Able to understand handling documentary and physical exhibits during interviews.
  • Able to understand how to support witnesses when attending Courts or tribunals.
