IOSH Managing Safely
The Health & Safety at Work Act (1974) HASWA states that it is the legal duty of employers to ensure the health, safety and welfare at work of all their employees so far as is reasonably practical. Selby College Business Services offers a full range of courses designed to help employers and employees meet this statutory requirement.

This course is for those employees who are required to manage safely and effectively in compliance with their own organisation's policy and best practice in health and safety. The course includes risk assessment & risk control, health and safety legislation, common hazards, review and audit, active monitoring and safety management systems.


Duration: 1 day a week for 4 weeks
