Course programme
The course will give students the opportunity to develop their speaking and listening skills. It will cover Irish elementary grammar, spelling system, vocabulary and socio-cultural elements of the language. Topics include: discussing hobbies and free time, ordering food and drinks, past tense of verbs.
The course is based on the communicative approach: active students' interaction emphasis on speaking and listening skills pair and group work role plays use of realia, pictures and anthentic material use of audio-visual techniques when appropriate Please note that students are expected to participate in oral classroom activities and to do homework as and when required.Additional information
