iTQ is an Award for IT Users building skills and knowledge in various IT areas to achieve a nationally recognised qualification.
About the Course
Level 1 iTQ consists of 3 Units to create a flexible and individual qualification. Units are available in a variety of Application Software (eg Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databasese, Presentations, Desktop Publishing) Communication Software (eg Internet, Email, PIM software) and more general IT use (eg Setting up an IT system, Computer Basics, IT Security).
The course is offered either through our iTForAll drop-in provision.
Course Aims
By the end of the course learners will achieve a Level 1 Award for IT Users.

No exams, but ongoing assignments or projects in each unit.
