What does Lamb Cutting Skills involve?

The Workshop is presented by Food Centre Wales and has been endorsed by Meat Training Council and Meat Promotion Wales.

The workshop will run for 1 day. There are demonstrations, theory and practicals involving cutting lamb carcasses into primal and retail cuts in a safe and hygienic manner.
