What will I study?
Following the Hospitality and Catering Curriculum you will study an Introduction to Food Hygiene & Safe Practice, Developing Food Preparation & Cooking Skills, Developing Food Service Skills plus Food Hygiene Certificate. The additional qualification options include the Certificate in Adult Literacy, Certificate in Adult Numeracy, Duke of Edinburgh?s Award, First Aid, Welsh Cultural Studies and Wider Key Skills.

Your work will be assessed by a range of methods, including portfolios and examinations.
