Leadership and Management - MA

Fast-track your career: all successful organisations need people who can formulate strategy, implement change and lead others. Our dynamic, flexible Masters course will help you do just that. Study part-time while you continue to work, with full support from our experienced tutors.

If you have experience in a management or leadership role and want to develop your skills further, our MA is for you. It’s delivered through our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and you can take up to three years to complete it, fitting your study around commitments at work and home.

There’ll be plenty of opportunity for lively online debate with your fellow students, who’ll be drawn from a variety of business backgrounds. And of course you’ll have support from our specialist learning team. Our tutors are highly experienced in online course delivery and, indeed, in the business world, with many running their own companies or working in international organisations.

You'll have the opportunity to specialise and tailor your studies to your current (or ideal) job role through optional modules in related fields including HR management, strategic marketing and finance, all approached from a leadership perspective.

With a focus on developing skills and strategic capability that you can put into practice from the outset, you’ll quickly build on your existing professional experience and find you can apply what you’ve learnt to new situations and challenges.
