Leadership and Organisational Behaviour

Leadership and Organisational Behaviour, is the study and application of knowledge about how people, individuals and groups act in organisations. It interprets relationships between people in an organisation in terms of the whole person, whole group and whole social system. The purpose of this course is to build better relationships by achieving human objectives, organisational objectives and social objectives. Suitable for: This course encompasses a wide range of topics such as human behavior, change, leadership. teams and so on that would help the students to deal with and maintain any relationship effectively in an organization.
