  • The level is exactly right and the units available allow you to decide on a suitable route. Excellent discussion & planning and then assessment planning was the key to being successful and also the regular meetings and the contact options. Knowledge was addressed by various methods that always seemed appropriate & using the holistic approach is really a winner! Length of course is just about right as there is no rush but it is incredible how quickly it comes together under this method and I was impressed. QCF is completely understood and can transfer the knowledge gained.
    Responsiveness and sheer customer service is consistently delivered. Pricings are highly competitive and worth every penny - in fact should be more looking at the competition. The feeling of confidence, motivation and empowerment to be able to succeed and quickly is rather special and I have remembered many things in undertaking this activity via reflection & discussion and also have learnt and want to develop more - mentoring received is fantasic! (Staff inc. Directors provide IAG, TNA, assessment & verification + you get to work with them - a great ethos!) Sheer understanding of the QCF and CBQ standards and also the application of skills, knowledge & understanding - cannot be beaten.

These qualifications: are nationally recognised. are based on the Learning and Development National Occupational Standards (NOS). The NOS, assessment strategy and qualification structures were devised and are owned by Lifelong Learning UK. The Edexcel Level 4 Diploma in Learning and Development (QCF) can be used as a component of the Learning and Development Advanced Apprenticeship framework. Learners must achieve: 12 credits from the mandatory group. 33 credits from the optional group A or B. Learners who achieve these qualifications have a wide range of qualification progression opportunities, for example - the delivery of learning and development and assessment related activities in work-based delivery settings or the further education sector teaching qualifications. Suitable for: Experienced Assessors, Verifiers/IQAs, Senior Trainers, Training Managers, Tutors, those with a training role/function in the workplace - accredited and non-accredited provision etc. Management strand at Level 4 is also available for those who have a strong management function and these units can be taken to give a specialist qualification at Level 4.

What could be improved: Initially being unable to find a suitable supplier that had accreditation, integrity & follows up on requests & more importantly actually had product knowledge! - Thankfully found SDL!
