What I would highlight:
The course of CHRM was the best one I have ever attended. Apart from being certified, I got new ideas on how best HR can be strategic enough to support organizational long and short term business goals in this rapid changing business environment. It was real interactive, exchange of ideas and learning experience of other countries/organizations. The facilitator Kevin Rutherford is really good.

What I would highlight:
The CHRM program was very inspirational, stimulating, bringing lots of ideas, combining in-depth knowledge with case studies, and it allowed learning from experience.Well-balanced structure of participants which contributed to interesting and focused relative exchange of thoughts. Besides, the other participants were amazing and I learned a lot from their experience and shrewdness. All participants really had so many experiences to share; and LEORON drew in the experiences of all the participants which was really one of the best ways to learn about Human Resources fieldwork in the real world. This was one of my best learning experiences in terms of what’s going on in the Human Resource field worldwide, and it has really given me new insight and energy to go for another extra mile in Human Resource field.
