What I would highlight:
It was a privilege, delight and motivation to go to the ECHRBS outlined and conveyed by Kevin Rutherford. This certification program has taken us to higher level of HR, provided us with deep knowledge in best practices and processes. I thought this course would have been the usual generic HR courses that cover theories, but with the massive practical examples and the wealthy information of discussions it was far beyond our expectations, although all of us have relevant experience in HR but we have learned so much, my special thanks to Mr. Allan Gardner the guru who made the program so enjoyable, and we noticed that he put all his efforts to transfer his 30 years of experience knowledge in HR to us in a week time.
