This qualification gives a broad overview of customer serivce, customer satisfaction and customer expectations as well as to give an idea of what working in customer service is like and of the different skills required to work within customer serivce.
The Level 1 units build on these key areas and focus on specific qualities of good customer service, teaching you to provide a good service within the workplace and handle problems or complaints in a professional and helpful manner.
Not only will you get a recognised qualification when completing this course, you will be able to progress through to Level 2 once completed which will set your standards even higher from this sought after qualification.
The duration of this course is for 2.5 days per week, for a period of 12 weeks. The learning environment is classroom based with an adult environment. There will be group activities, and portfolio building as well as feature rich workshops in basic skills and job readiness which are additional recognised qualifications under your belt to enrish your prospects.
