Course review:
This course is for people working within social care and meets the Skills for Care Common Induction Standards (CIS). Covering all the outcomes within the CIS it is designed to provide a coherent start for workers in the first 12 weeks of employment, helping develop competency and confidence, to ensure they are providing high quality care and support.
The six Common Induction Standards that will be covered within this course are:
