Course Description:
Content includes Introduction to Food Safety, the Law, Food Safety Hazards, Temperature Control, Food Handlers, Food Storage, Cleaning, Premises and Equipment.

Description Breakdown:
At the end of the course there is a multi-choice test of 30 questions. Candidates have to obtain 20 correct answers to achieve a level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering. The test is optically mark read and externally assessed. The results take approximately four weeks to be processed.
