The Award in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Front office) is designed for people who want to build skills in front office Customer Service in the hospitality industry. This is a good qualification for people who are preparing to work, or who already work, in the hospitality industry.
Participants will be supported through 110 hours of work based learning. The qualification is achieved through a combination of guided learning through eight courses and assessments.
