Entry Requirements
You must have attained the minimum school leaving age, be under 18 years of age (up to 24 years for those requiring additional support) and be unemployed. Complete the application Form enclosed in this guide.

Special Features
You will receive a personal training plan (PTP) which provides you with a detailed individual training programme. Educational Maintenance Allowance (EMA) of 40 per week (non-means tested) as well as Travel Allowance (if applicable) and contributions towards lodgings or childcare may also be paid. Bonus payments up to to 200.

Assessment Methods
Practical tests, phase tests and regular review against your personal training plan.

ABC Level 1 Certificate in Hospitality & Catering Skills. Essential Skills & Employability Skills Training.
