Level 2 Business Course Description:This course will provide you with the essential first steps to a career in business and administration or moving on to a further business qualification. The course leads to a full Level 2 First Diploma in Business qualification. You will look in detail at meeting customer expectations, dealing with external business pressures such as economic and political factors, and financial controls and cashflow. There is also a focus on business communication, including giving presentations and preparing business documents.
