What will I learn?

Customer support provision, presentation software, networking, install configure and maintain software

How will I be assessed?

City and Guilds require students to show evidence of competence and understanding of IT systems and Principles Students typically create and submit an electronic portfolio of evidence

What may it lead to?

Typically, students who complete the systems and principles Level 2 move onto the Level 3 BTEC within the college Students may also be able to move onto an Apprenticeship provision

5 Ds at GCSE including either English or Maths
