Unit 1: Anatomy and physiology for exercise
Unit 2: Know how to support clients who take part in exercise and physical Activity
Unit 3: Health and safety and welfare in a Fitness Environment
Unit 4: Principles of exercise fitness and health
Unit 5: Planning based Gym-based exercise
Unit 6: Instructing gym-based exercise

The Leisure Industry Academy Fitness Instructor course will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to begin your Fitness career. It will also make you desirable for employment in any gym across the UK.

The Leisure Industry Academy Fitness Instructor Course or sometimes called the Gym Instructor course will give you the skills, confidence you need to begin your fitness career. It will also make you desirable for employment in any gym across the UK and Ireland. No matter what area you choose to specialise in, our Gym/Fitness Qualification is the first Qualification that is required. The units we do on this course are,
