Course review:

This course is for individuals who carry out manual handling activities at work.

It will introduce individuals to the hazards of manual handling, the risks involved and the controls available to prevent injury. In addition it will teach techniques to lift, carry, push and pull objects safely and within individual capabilities with the aim of reducing work related injuries.
