This course will give you the knowledge and the skills you need to design exercise programmes which have been adapted for effective workouts outside of the gym, in the home, the park and setting up boot camp training. This course is part of the Personal Training Qualification but can be taken as a standalone course; however bootcamp and outdoor training experience is desirable and some pre course reading is required.

This course is suited to Fitness instructors or Personal Trainers who are looking to teach bootcamp style fitness classes!

You must already have a Level 2 qualification in Fitness Instructing (or equivalent)

YMCA Awards Level 3 Award in Instructing Outdoor Fitness
Level 3 on the REPs register (Register of Exercise Professionals)
20 REPs points

You will be required to design an exercise session outside of a gym and deliver it to a client using portable equipment.
