Description Breakdown:
Course content will include food poisoning, bacteriology, bacterial and non-bacterial food poisoning, food borne disease, food contamination, personal hygiene, food storage and temperature control, food preservation, supervisory management, food premises design, cleaning, pest control, and legislation.
