Level 3 Certificate in Management - Work Based

Work based evidence will be required in the form of witness statements, personal statements, work products. Observation and questioning will also be used to assess your competence in your job. Evidence is assessed against the national standards by a qualified assessor who will be allocated to you. There are 3 mandatory units within the qualification (credit value 14), and are areas of knowledge, behaviours and understanding a candidate should have before starting on the course. Learners must also choose optional units with a combined minimum total of 11 credits. -Manage own professional development within an organisation -Set objectives and provide support for team members -Plan, allocate and monitor work of a teamOnce you have enrolled onto the programme you will be assigned an assessor that will visit you in the workplace regularly. They will complete assessment plans and reviews with you to keep you on target. They will support you in the collection of the required evidence needed for your qualification through different assessment methods such as; professional discussion, observations, written questions, verbal questions, witness statements and any assignments.
