About this course
The aim of the course is to equip prospective practitioners with a thorough and professional grounding in both practical and theoretical knowledge, and to equip them with all the skills necessary to become gifted and versatile health professionals.
This course complies with the Aromatherapy Council Core Curriculum and National Occupational Standards. It is accredited by the FHT and will be accepted by the CNHC for inclusion on their voluntary register of aromatherapists. It is a detailed and high level qualification.
Age 19+, natural aptitude and interest in aromatherapy along with a capability to deliver an aromatherapy treatment.
You must be over 18, and have sufficient ability to be able to perform the aromatherapy techniques
You must have regular access to email, the Internet and word-processing and printing facilities.
You must have the interest, energy, enthusiasm (and time!) necessary to complete the course.
Level 3 in Aromatherapy.
This level 3 course is aimed at qualified Reflexologists wishing to incorporate a further complementary therapy into their portfolio of skills and is delivered by Gaia School of Natural Health a well-respected Private training school of Complementary therapies.
Learners who are not a qualified therapist can still undertake the course although will be required to obtain an Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology for Complementary Therapies module (Anatomy certificate). This module will need to be obtained from another course provider before Gaia School can award the Level 3 Aromatherapy diploma.
Gaia School of Natural Health requires the completion of a booking form available from Gaia School of Natural Health to register onto the course.

Carolyn is a member of the Association of Reflexologists, Professional Reflexology, Reiki Federation and Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.

£1,640 for reflexologists (or other therapists) with a recognised qualification and includes modules: Aromatherapy: history, philosophy, uses. Essential oils: botany, chemistry, blending and uses. Practical: full body massage, aromatherapy facial, seated back, head and shoulder massage, pregnancy massage. Learners will need to evidence ’prior learning‘ of Principles and practice of complementary therapies, Business practice for complementary therapies and Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology for complementary therapies modules for Gaia School to award the Level 3 Aromatherapy diploma.
£1,790 (plus Anatomy certificate) for non-qualified therapists includes modules: Aromatherapy: history, philosophy, uses. Essential oils: botany, chemistry, blending and uses. Practical: full body massage, aromatherapy facial, seated back, head and shoulder massage, pregnancy massage. Principles and practice of complementary therapies. Business practice for complementary therapies. Gaia School will not be offering classes relating to the Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology for Complementary Therapies module (Anatomy certificate). This module will need to be obtained from another course provider before Gaia School can award the Level 3 Aromatherapy diploma.
