Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Management

A minimum of 37 credits is required overall for completion of this qualification, which must include a minimum of 26 credits at, or above, Level 4. There are 4 mandatory units that add up to 18 credits. The mandatory units are: -Manage own Professional Development within an Organisation -Develop working Relationships with Colleagues and Stakeholders -Plan, Allocate and Monitor Work in own Area of Responsibility -Provide Leadership and Direction for own Area of ResponsibilityOnce you have enrolled onto the programme you will be assigned an assessor that will visit you in the workplace regularly. They will complete assessment plans and reviews with you to keep you on target. They will support you in the collection of the required evidence needed for your qualification through different assessment methods such as; professional discussion, observations, written questions, verbal questions, witness statements and any assignments.
