Today we value and depend on our Supervisors/Team Leaders more and more. We expect continually higher standards of performance but we have difficulty in releasing them to undertake the required training. We therefore, require the investment we make in training to be focused, relevant, cost effective, providing an early return on investment benefiting both the business and the individual.

Who Should Attend?

This ‘Bite Size’ one day ‘Help’ workshop has been designed by BMPD Training & Development Ltd for the Chamber of Commerce specifically to meet these needs. It offers Supervisors/Team Leaders an opportunity to develop their skills in dealing with daily workloads, effective use of resources, waste and change cost-effectively. Delivered interactively by commercially experienced tutors, using our successful ‘Active’ Learning
techniques and utilises practical concepts rather than academic theory.

What will you learn?

This ‘Help’ workshop focuses on specific issues and can either be used individually as a stand alone to address a specific need, allowing you and your staff to experience one workshop before investing in an entire programme, e.g. try before you buy! or as part of a more encompassing 3 workshop programme, enabling the candidate to gain the Institute of
Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 3 Award in First Line Management a Nationally accredited qualification.
