Acting on a recommendation I approached and was met in person and a full assessment/analysis undertaken. SDL work efficiently & flexibly with you to achieve your goal. Incredibly impressed with their knowledge, application of thought & methodologies - they are streets ahead. Needed the qual to continue to practice and they were expert in planning how i could achieve & subsequently supported whenever needed. I have become a talking point with other colleagues as I have achieved with relative simplicity and also know why I have achieved and can offer then advice regarding assessment and the QCF!!!!! Units are selected in consultation & agreement and individually planned with all concerned. Career development is planned and what progression is available/suitable. Assessor and Verifier are personable & interested and this is continually shown - their approachability is a real find!!! No usual provider spiel & cancelled visits etc. - felt very assured that I was being supported and looked after at all times and received a positive service and not just treated as an 'earner'! Set at correct level and also the amount of optional units was good - no problems in finding suitable ones that were maeningful. Enabled applied knowledge & skills to be demonstrated and accredited. SDL provided excellent service and and all documentation etc. Allowed two senior administrators to gain a qualification and prove what they do for the company and show that 'Admin drives the business'.
SDL staff are efficient and know their job well. Always arrived to appointments and were clear in their intent from day one. Work based learning enables you to provide all types of evidence and not all has to go in the portfolio - references to areas of storage and also photos were taken too! Costs are very reasonable when you actually consider the registartion fees and then the specialised attention you get and regular visits etc.← | →

As the Director I was encouraged to undertake a qualification as part of the service SDL provide. My staff undertook L2s and I was persuaded to undertake the Level 4 - what a worthwhile expereince this has been! Very interested in seeing how the process works first-hand and also has enabled me to develop a new structure to the business with qualifications targetting specific levels/duties. Extremely pleased with the support and business-sense that SDL provided and will certainly continue to do so as they have completely changed my mind about training providers and the qualifications offered - their knowledge and also impartiality creates and supports this throughout and a pleasure doing business with them. No politics, funding issues, eligibility or rhetoric.

Enables progression to Level 2 and also development of duties and responsibilities - suitable for all! Work can be carried forward to the Level 2 and this acts as a n excellent business tool for us and SDL run this function for us - again we can then monitor its effect objectively.
SDL are professional and deliver an excellent service to us - we use them to deliver all our\training needs and our staff work in various contracts in various locations and business types including Public sector. The staff are friendly and also easy to get on with - all candidates have reported this to us and we always know where we are with them. Recommended training providers that do so much more and and become part of the bsuiness.← | → -
Gives all that is needed for an initial grounding in providing the services required - a selection of units are available to suit the job role and we use this as an induction tool for new staff and also for those who will develop and progress to the Level 2. We provide this to all staff and the costs are minimal and we leave the rest to SDL who run this service for us and we can offer this to any age group etc. SDL are excellent and offer a professional service and we also use them for Level 2 and Team leader work.
