The staff are friendly and also easy to get on with - all candidates have reported this to us and we always know where we are with them. Gives all that is needed for an initial grounding in providing the services required - a selection of units are available to suit the job role and we use this as an induction tool for new staff and also for those who will develop and progress to the Level 2. We provide this to all staff and the costs are minimal and we leave the rest to SDL who run this service for us and we can offer this to any age group etc. SDL are excellent and offer a professional service and we also use them for Level 2 and Team leader work.

Found the guys friendly & professional and also clever at understanding how business processes work and being able to direct me from this analysis. Looking at next course already.

Have worked in Warehousing for many years and have the chance of promotion and the Warehousing NVQ has helped me with my confidence and also will allow me to be considered with all other participants for the supervior role. SDL were very good to me and also showed me what I neede to do for my file - i haven't done any learning for years and I was very surprised that I didn;t have to do lots of written work and study - which was great. My assessors were down to earth and helped me and showed me that observation and getting my boss to state my duties were ways of proving what I could do - once I reaised these many ways to provide evidence it came together really quickly. SDL know their game and guided me to get a full Level 2 qualification - a first for me!!! Really pleased and also proud. Would recommend them to anyone and they deal with adults all the time and treat you well.
