About this course
-Describe x 3 reasons why your symptoms may be triggered
-Name, describe, practice 3 corrective exercises in relation to an activity you perform or a bad habit you’ve demonstrated
-Demonstrate 4-5 stretches that you can continue practice every day
-Name 2 other active and passive activities that would benefit the management of back pain.
Bring comfortable clothes and water.
A medium size towel.

Basic anatomy and physiology (musculoskeletal)
Common postural and functional movement mistakes/ bad habits and demonstrate ways to correct them.
We will practice a range of Core stability and core strength exercises as well as stretches using adaptations to suit each learner..
