The course can be delivered on a companies premises and group rate would be available on application. Individuals applying for the course will be put on a waiting list until a viable group size is achieved.

Course Description:
The course will examine basic ideas, principals and practices of management, including management, leadership styles and effective communication. You will come to understand the effects that your behaviour can have on your team.

By the end of the course your will be able to
investigate your own leadership style and how this can be adapted to suit individual team members use the most appropriate approach when managing different situations
examine the roles and dynamics of a team identify barriers to communication give praise and constructive criticism
