Course programme
This programme provides students with a thorough grounding in core management subjects. It draws knowledge and skills together from a range of disciplines used by practicing managers, underpinned by rigorous theoretical insights and contemporary research. The knowledge element answers the question of ‘What do you need to know in order to perform well as a manager?’ It also considers questions such as ‘How does the practice of management reflect and shape our society?’
The skills element ensures that our students have the numeracy and critical skills to be able to either enter organisations or manage them, or to pursue further study.
The degree can be studied as a three year degree programme or with an additional year in industry.
